Piada Italian Street Food : from North Italy to Ohaio

After selling his first Bravo Rio creation, Chris Doody discovered in Italy the concept of Piada or Piadine, an extrafine pizza dough wrap. Its 21 restaurants in the United States offer them garnished with meat, vegetables, cheeses and sauces made to order under the eyes of customers. The process takes 90 seconds and the average ticket does not exceed $ 10.

Piada Italian Street Food also offers pasta, salads, chips to soak in dips, soups and a range of Italian sodas and coffees.

The sign this summer was a real consequence by opening at the Mall of America, the largest shopping center in the United States located on the outskirts of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
